Kako smršaviti bez dijete / ingredients that burn fat

Prije nego posegnete za nekom od dijeta koje obećavaju čaroban nestanak kilograma u samo nekoliko dana ili mjeseci, razmislite o sljedećoj činjenici:

Vitka linija nije rezultat dijete nego je rezultat stila življenja.

Dakle, bez puno objašnjavanja, način kako ćete doći do vitke linije nikako ne leži u svakodnevnom izgladnjivanju i u odricanju hrane na sulude načine poput dijeta koje u svojoj prehrani uključuju samo meso ili onih u kojima brojite svaki zalogaj i svaku kaloriju.

Kada zaista odlučite smršavjeti te odlučite zadržati vitku liniju, iz svakodnevne prehrane u potpunosti izbacite sljedeće namirnice:

grickalice (čipseve, smokije, tortilje i sl.)

gazirane sokove

slatkiše (čokoladice i bombone)

Đumbir

Namirnica koja nas ne može ostaviti ravnodušnima, a zbog onog što čini našem organizmu, zavoljet ćemo je još više. Đumbir zagrijava tijelo, potiče proizvodnju probavnih sokova, čisti organizam od toksina, podiže imunitet i najvažnije, ubrzava metabolizam što ujedno potiče topljenje masti.

Grejp

Grejp će u vaš organizam osim iznimno velike količine vitamina C unijeti i enzime koji blokiraju pohranu masnoća u tijelu te će potaknuti topljenje masti. Grejp sadrži malo kalorija, a puno kalija i enzima koji ubrzavaju metabolizam i potiču mršavljenje.

Jabuke

Jabuke su voće koje imaju vrlo malo kalorija, obilne su vlaknima i možemo ih jesti koliko god poželimo. Jabuka sadrži pektin, vlakno koje štiti krvne žile i poboljšava probavu, a upravo zbog vlakana jabuke daju duži osjećaj sitosti od nekog drugog voća.

Kofein

Kofein u malim količinama može povećati sagorijevanje masti. On stimulira središnji živčani sustav i ubrzava metabolizam, te se masti uz pomoć kofeina brže razgrađuju i pretvaraju u energiju.

Mlijeko

Kalcij iz mlijeka u kombinaciji s vitaminom D i proteinom dokazano potiču topljenje kilograma, a pritom nećete izgubiti mišićnu masu.

Cimet

Cimet je jedan od najstarijih začina te ima nevjerojatnu moć i ljekovita svojstva. Osim što može spriječiti upalne procese u organizmu, cimet regulira razinu šećera u krvi i kolesterola te pomaže u mršavljenju. Uvedite ovaj začin u svoju prehranu (u čaj ili kavu, ili ga pospite po žitaricama) i pustite ga da odradi svoj posao.

Zeleni čaj

Zeleni čaj uklanja nadutost i višak tekućine, posebice oko trbuha. Nedvojbeno ubrzava metabolizam i pomaže pri mršavljenju. Pijte dnevno šalicu ovog čaja i aktivirajte svoj organizam.

Čili

Čili je još jedan u nizu okidača za ubrzavanje metabolizma, a obiluje vitaminom C i betakarotenom koji je iznimno važan za kožu, kosu i nokte. Čili pročišćuje krv i potiče organizam u izbacivanju toksina.

Crni papar

Crni papar dobar je i svima dostupan začin koji pomaže u sprečavanju nadimanja. Uz malo svježe mljevenog crnog papra u obroku pospješite dobru probavu i ublažite nadutost.

Umjesto grickalica možete i dalje jesti visokokalorične namirnice koje daju puno energije te sadrže dobre masnoće, a eliminiraju štetne poput kolesterola i triglicerida. To su svi orašasti plodovi, orasi, kesteni, bademi (ima puno vitamina E, proteina i vlakana koji potiskuje osjećaj gladi), kikiriki, lješnjaci, pistacija. Pojedite šaku bilo kojeg od navedenih orašastih plodova bez grižnje savjesti svaki put kad poželite pojesti čips ili neke od grickalica.

Prevarite mozak

Kako se više nikad ne bi doveli do prejedanja, prevarite svoj mozak i servirajte hranu na manji tanjur. Premda količinski niste pojeli puno, slika tanjura punog hrane poruka je vašem mozgu da ste pojeli dovoljno.

Jedite polako

Jeste li znali da vašem mozgu treba 20 minuta kako bi dobio signal koji upućuje na sitost. Jedite polako i dugo žvačite i spriječite sami sebe od prejedanja.

Pokrenite se

Ništa ne topi suvišne kilograme kao tjelesna aktivnost. Hodajte minimalno 30 minuta dnevno. Šetajte, vozite bicikl, trčite, umjesto vožnje liftom – hodajte po stepenicama.

Grapefruit

Grapefruit has extremely large amount of vitamin C and enzymes that block fat storage and also will encourage fat burning. Grapefruit contains few calories and lots of potassium and enzymes that speed up metabolism and promote weight loss.

Apples

Apples are fruits that have very few calories and they are rich in fiber. You can eat apples as long as you want and get longer feeling of satiety than other fruits can give. Apple contains pectin fiber that protects the blood vessels and improves digestion.

Caffeine

Caffeine in small amounts can increase fat burning. It stimulates the central nervous system and metabolism and helps to covert fat into energy.

Milk

Dairy calcium along with a vitamin D and protein are very good stimulation for fat burning but you won’t lose muscle mass.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices and has incredible power and healing properties. Except the fact that cinnamon may prevent inflammation in the body and regulate your blood sugar and cholesterol it also helps you lose weight. Bring this spice in your diet (in tea or coffee, or sprinkle on cereal) and let it do its job.

Green tea eliminates bloating and excess fluids, especially around the belly. Undoubtedly, it speeds up metabolism and helps with weight loss. Drink a cup of green tea every day and activate your body.

Chili

Chili is another trigger that accelerates metabolism and brings in your body a rich amount of vitamin C and beta-carotene which is extremely important for skin, hair and nails. Chili purifies the blood and flushes toxins from the body.

Black pepper

Black pepper is a good and accessible spice that helps prevent flatulence. A little freshly ground black pepper in the meal makes the good digestion and relieves flatulence.

Nuts

Instead of snacks you can continue to eat high-calorie foods that provide a lot of energy and contain good fats, and eliminate harmful such as cholesterol and triglycerides. Exercise

Nothing melts excess weight as physical activity. Walk at least 30 minutes a day. Walk, ride a bike, run, instead of the lift – use the staircase.
